The Diamond Wood Wench® is made from select-grade hardwood for producing raspy, yet mellow tones. All Wenches® feature "Tone Ridges™" and "Tuning Ditches™" on the sound board that give the calls their raspy highs and lows and keep the calls from sticking. It features a tuning hole in the stopper, which allows you to vary pitch: if covered the pitch is lower; uncovered the pitch is higher. It is designed for the waterfowler who prefers the beauty and mellow tones that only wood can give.
